Hotel is beautiful. Everything is super clean and smells good. Modern decor very stylish. I would've given it a 5 star if it had a microwave or a mini frig in the room and firmer pillows.  It other than that the hotel is great. The gym is super clean and has everything you need for a good workout. I highly recommend this hotel.  There's no free breakfast but if you are hungry either breakfast lunch or dinner check out BREADMAN MIAMI!!! The best in Miami

I've worked in hospitality for 15 years, and I do travel every other month.  So I do know service and when I feel like home away from home.  The staff is amazing, beautiful smiles, attitude and very excited about their jobs.  Perez checked me in, amazing guy.  The hotel is beautiful and very clean.  Even if you're running late during checkout time, no one knocks on the door, they respect you until you leave room.  My new hotel away from home.... The 🇧🇸

it was so nice! bomb decor! the beds were sooooo comfortable! had a lot of amenities and the room was very spacious! the heat and a/c  worked liked a charm. the shower head was mounted a bit high but it was a very nice enclosure overall!

Awesome Hotel! Fairly new so the fixtures and beds are in great condition. The pillow top beds are so comfortable, you will sleep well.  

Also, Janet at the front desk is so pleasant. When your first interaction at a place is GREAT, then it is sure to be a ricochet affect.

fantastic Hotel. Very close to the airport and they have a shuttle that runs every half hour and is free. The hotel is well-appointed and the staff is well trained to accommodate every need. It feels like it is a five-star hotel because of the cleanliness and the wonderful service of the staff. There is a delicious breakfast buffet every morning as well as room service.
