I don't know why people are saying that the workers aren't nice, or aren't greeting people. I went there the other day, and there were 2 ladies. The 1st one, an African American girl, with beautiful hair, (she's a little short), she greeted me with a beautiful smile and asked me if I needed help. I explained to her what I needed. I didn't find it. And that's the reason why I gave a 4 stars. They need to have more variety for people in their thirties. The cocktail dresses that they had were either for teens, or for older people

I had such a nice experience at this shop. Employees worked really hard to help me. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for low priced prom dresses!

PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT IN HIGH SCHOOL, BEWARE!! They will treat you terribly. They will not give you the time of day. They will say rude things to you. They will lie to you and say that they can't hold a dress for you because it is "prom season" when prom season is March through June! Apparently this place has not heard of customer service. My experience was terrible. It was sad, considering their dresses are nice, but not their workers. I will be telling other people I know to go to better places, where everyone is treated as an equal customer. Such a shame.

Walked into store with my mother and no one greeted us. About 10 mins of browsing a woman yelled hello from the front desk. About 3 associates hudled at the front desk and we walked passed all 3 of them at some point in store. No one asked if we needed help or offered help to us not to mention smile or greet us either. We were invisible! We found a dress that we loved because they do carry some beautiful dresses, but as we were trying to ask for help an associate walked by us ignoring us once again and walked over to another woman of a different race with her daughter that clearly just hopped out of a Range Rover! Nonetheless it's a shame we will not be spending our money their due to their rude, horrible customer service and racial behaviors because we definitely had money to spend!

Well organized, big and nice selection but the like the previous review saids no customer service and they cater to prom girls, I went looking for dress to wear for my daughters sweet sixteen, thank god I took my boyfriend if I needed another size he would get it for me, if not you basically have to get your own. I asked the girl for a dress she said by now they all look the same to me I dont know what dress your talking about.
