This Canadian tire is convenient in that it is in a central location, but is very slow in processing customers. Often times there is only one cashier on the weekends which to me seems understaffed. In addition the return line is usually very long and you should expect a 10 minute wait to be served. The products they offer are good, but often times I find the same thing at Costco or Home Depot for the same price or cheaper. I come here on occasion when they have a big sale, but I don’t shop where frequently because the customer experience isn’t the best.

Used them as they were the only tire shop open on a Sunday, would NEVER recommend to anyone! The auto shop works somewhat like an airline; overbook and let the customer wait. The so called "mechanics" took their sweet time milling around not making any effort to expedite their work orders. Took them 3 hours to mount and balance 4 tires and they still didn't balance them properly! Ended up having to take the tires to my tire shop to get them re-mounted and balanced, only took my shop 25 minutes to do all 4 tires...

Sad to see my favourite retailer employing such poor staff, specifically the young girls working at this location. They look miserable, walk around with an attitude, are rude and do not acknowledge customers waiting for service. Not to mention, LACK knowledge and experience. They seem like a pack of university students who think they are above all and have no loyalty to their current employer. Reality check... basic customer service skills and common courtesy will help you achieve great success in life. Basic training for these young ladies should be in the works. I have now chosen to take my business (regular) elsewhere - to the Yonge St location. Hopefully corporate can bring this place back up to CTC standards.

I found the layout a little bit strange for me since it is slightly different from other Canadian Tire store. I usually like to look at bakery related bakeware, and the prices are reasonable. I don‘t like the heavy plastic smell though. lol. Maybe it is just me.

Went for a quick oil change. It was quick. My SUV lost its power and not gas efficient since the oil change
