Visited the paint department last Friday morning. A young Canadian/Italian girl help me select my paint. She was exceptionally helpful /knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Staff like her are hard to find these days. Home Depot should complimented

Very bad experience with Home Depot. I have ordered a washer, a dryer and a stacking kit to stack them together. When they first time came to do the installation, they found they ordered the wrong stacking kit. So, they had to re-order the right part. I had to wait for 3 weeks to get the part. When they delivery the right part to me at the second time, their shipping service just left the part to me with doing nothing to finishing the installation. They said Home Depot didn't tell them to install the part! Are you serious? Shouldn't Home Depot have told them to finish the installation? I called Home Depot right away, and they told me they need to schedule another time to finish the job! I have to drive almost an hour from my current place to my new place! How many times do you want to me to drive to here? Plus I have a job! I can't tell my boss the shipping company comes to my place every day! Very disappointed with Home Depot! Very bad! Ship a part without installation?! That's a joke!

We bought a grass mat for our balcony and asked for it to be cut. Not only was the service bad regarding the people, the young Asian man that cut it was extremely unexperienced. He cut it sloppily with an exacto knife, leaving us with problem lining the mat on our balcony. This made it super hard furthermore after purchasing the product

Really difficult to find colleagues to help at this location. Have to chase them down and ask them to page someone and it takes a while to get service. I have had several different keys cut at this location and every time, the key does not actually work & I have to return it. Very frustrating!

Great and friendly employees! Always,stocking and keeping the store isles ,tidy. While , working they ALWAYS, take the time to ask if l need any HELP. This happened many times while l was enjoying my shopping throughout the entire ,store.Even, the check out lady asked me if l needed some help.GREAT ,FRIENDLY and Always HELPFUL ,staff!!!! 🏆🎯🎯🎖🏅🏆👍👍
