Good, cheap products as they price match to any other cheaper Canadian retailer except when it's below their cut (which is a bummer). I like how it's based in Markham, so I can choose to pick it up instead of having to pay for shipping. Usually it's ready to be picked up within 24h on a business day. 

Their customer service agent could be a little more happy and nicer though. No problems overall.

I purchased a CPU on sale from their online store. They immediately charged my credit card, then within 24 hours they cancelled the deal. Claiming they had a system error. They went back on the sale price. Never buying from them again.

One of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had with returned merchandise. They're terrible!  Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else. I should have done that myself!

Terrible!! These guys are bush league! I think the positive reviews are staged (I'm looking at you Jacob Wan! Marketing Coordinator Vuugo May 2011 – May 2012 (1 year 1 month). Found you on Linkedin baby! Might want to change your name or profile pick when fudging next time. See below for his glowing review. Alex Wan is the owner...coincidence? Anyways... I went on to Partpicker to price out a graphics card for my PC. Vuugo had the best price so I went onto their site, selected the card and purchased it. This is where things got weird. The price for the card was now significantly more than before I had added it to my cart. I went back and tried again, and this time it was a different total. Tried again, and this time it was right. OK, so I'm thinking to myself, perhaps I should just spend the extra $20 and go with Amazon. But, the cheapskate in me says "no, you must save the $ you fool" so I continue on with Vuugo. I check out and am redirected to the "Order Complete" screen, only, the total shown is for twice what I had ordered, and the name of the cardholder was someone else! (Hello Danyk Trottier if you are out there). I also never received an order confirmation email. I am suspicious at this point to say the least. I called Vuugo and talked to an admittedly nice guy named Mark. Mark said that he didn't know what the issue was, but that it didn't matter as they didn't even carry the card that I ordered! He said it must be a glitch, like what, huh, dude what are you talking about! He then tried to sell me on something else that they did have, like WTF, sure I'll take whatever you have laying around, uh actually no I won't. Anyways, I told him I wanted them to cancel the order and send me a cancellation email ASAP and while he's at it send the order confirmation email. He says, "alright, I sent it. It should show up in your inbox in a few minutes". I try to keep him on the line for a minute or two by asking questions to see if the email will show, but to no avail. I hang up and get on the horn to my bank. Bank calls Vuugo and gets them to reverse the transaction, but to this day I have still not received an order confirmation or cancellation confirmation. Stay away.
