I drove 30 minutes to this store after wasting hours at other stores in my area who seem to have difficulty keeping track of their inventory. One particular store actually had me pay the invoice and wasted an hour of my time before acknowledging they had no stock. This digital age in some cases has created a huge disconnect in terms of customers service so I really appreciate it when I receive good service. The Markham Rona associate, as one would expect without having to ask, went to look for the product and then confirmed with me over the phone that the quantity of product I required was in fact physically in the store. My transaction at this store was hassle free and well worth the drive.

Worst service ever. People are standing around and no one has experience to help you out. Went into lumber yard to get some wood and no one was around to open the gate to let me out. I had to run around the store to find someone to open the gate so I can leave.

Although its smaller than the orange and blue counterpart, I have enjoyed coming here. I have experienced good service majority of the time. I always see most of the same faces and its nice to be recognized. See you soon.

WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK. Horrible Service! Went for buy 2 get 1 free paint can special. Bought 6 cans of paint after making sure that the promotion would apply to the Sico paints. Then went to the cashier to checkout just to find out that the promotion is not for the paint I bought. You have lost me as a customer FOREVER, and cost yourself a lot of business. Nobody should ever waste their time going here.
