Terrible customer service. I've seen the staff on numerous occasions badmouthing customers as they walk away. Their selection is good. And prices are reasonable if you don't mind the extremely terrible/ rude / incompetent staff that they have.

Brought in a stiletto hammer for a handle replacement. Nobody in store knows how to do it so they sent out to their repair facility in Brampton. 3 months later, handle is still not fixed. Worst hardware and industrial store in all of Canada.

These guys have the largest selection of tools that I have found.  They have all the big brands and always have a good deal if you need a cordless driver set.  Contractor grade for roughly the same prices as you would buy the crap from Home Depot or Lowes.

I ordered a 6 inch King jointer and only took 1 week to get delivered.
Their customer service at the front desk and the staff who was helping me at the loading area were unbelievable kind and professional. (Very different from JCCAyer who are very rude and unprofessional !!!)

I was going to order the same jointer from JCCAyer but I had a horrible experience with them so ended up ordering from Markham Industrial.

I recommend Markham Industrial, they have lot of stocks, they even have all the wood working tools (table saw, sander, jointer, plainer etc).

GO check it out ! you will be happy.
