This was the worst hotel that I have ever been to. The bed was not made there were linens piled in a chair. There were no towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo. Nothing was in the bathroom. The bathroom had not been cleaned. No coffee. There were electronic boxes laying on table, along with extra phone. The place was a mess. I will never stay at this hotel again and could never recommend it to anyone.

Very kind and quiet people. You never have to go tell them that you need something because the room has like everything you need. They have like a mini store, laundry room and a exercise room. There was a kitchen in the room with the things you may need. Restroom is so clean and nice. Also wifi, a nice comfy seat, desk with a comfy wheelie chair, the pillows are squishy and its just good here. 😍

I evacuated from Houston with my dog and my a baby. My husband called ahead and double checked they had a room ready when I got there before 3. When I got there I had to wait for a room. My room was no longer available and not what my husband reserved. Room was musty and also there were people banging on doors in the hallway every night and loud TVs. My dog kept finding cockroaches in the room. when I brought it up to management they brushed it off. I then asked to borrow a vaccumm, they told me housekeeping would be there in a free minutes. 3 hours later nothing and housekeeping never came in. They say they want to take care of your every need, that's not true, if you ask for something or tell them something you dislike that you're paying for, you're being an inconvenience to them. I'll never go back and I'll probably never go back to a candle wood suites ever. That experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

When booking we asked for a room on first floor that was handicap and were told they could accommodate our needs. Upon chexk ok ng in we were given a handicap room on the top (4th) floor at the end of the hall as far away from the elevator and front door as you could possible get. Our loved one struggled greatly to get to the room. The bathroom was also supposed to be handicapped, but had a regular tub instead.

When we entered our room there was a pizza left behind from the people before us. The hotel is pet-friendly which is a nice amenity. The beds are also decently sized for the price.
