My room was clean. Customer service was excellent. I forgot to put my do not disturb sign on and the house keeper that day came and cleaned my room. She told me that she would come back and bring me towels. This lady was responsible for cleaning most of the rooms that day. I saw her work really hard. Before she left she came back and brought me the towels she had promised me. I will say that the room smelled like cigarettes and I am a nonsmoker. But because I saw how hard this lady worked I decided that it wasn’t her fault that the room smelled like cigarettes.

Not the worst I've stayed at but the beds were awful and felt springs. Pretty sure some were broken as the bed leaned down. Good enough stay for a wedding but would not stay again for the $. If you're going to upgrade the rooms with paint and floor, replace mattresses as well.

We have been to Motel 6 a lot in the past,although your office girl was very nice and helpful,  sorry to say never have I ever stayed in such a nasty dirty place, never again!

The clerk was very nice at check-in and very helpful. And the room I was given was very nice and decent and I love floors was really nice room it was up upstairs it was just what I needed to come somewhere and sleep it was very nice I must say. I will return again on my way through my running to sleep. Thank you

If you've been to one Motel 6, you already know what to expect: not much. Very basic amenities, no shampoo, and unbelievably, only little hand towels. One the plus side, it's pet friendly, and if you have one, it will suffice. It's also very inexpensive, which proves the cliché it's a you "get what you pay for" world.
