Canyon Cab Co has been proudly serving the Beautiful Black Hills since Oct of 2009. Our destination is where you need to go within 100 miles of Spearfish. We are frequent visitors of Rapid City Regional Airport and downtown Rapid City.
We pride ourselves on being a clean, dependable Cab service.

Attempted to contact Canyon Cab several times for a ride. I understand that it is Easter, but if you advertise 24/7 365 days a year then that is no excuse. False advertising is what it is. Also I have always had poor service from poor driving to genuine rip offs. They say they have the best cabs in the northern hills but they don't. Try yellow cab. At least they answer.

My fiance and I ran out of fuel in our semi tonight, and wound up getting the coolest, most patient driver -- considering we had to go all over Sturgis and then to Rapid City and back, stopping at every gas station we passed until we finally found somewhere that sold diesel fuel jugs, and driving us back from Rapid City as it began snowing.  He was so friendly and polite and helpful, and had a pretty killer music playlist, too.  Thank you for making a terrible night less awful!

Canyon Cab drivers left four of us stranded at Buffalo Chip on our return trip to Spearfish during Rally Week.  (No, we were not drunk nor belligerent). While we were on the phone with "dispatch" trying to get a ride (them telling us no reservations required; for the 3rd time) I watched one of their drivers take $100 cash from someone else taking a shorter trip to Sturgis.  I'm guessing Canyon Cab Co. didn't see a dime of that $100.   Bit if you really want to make some cash, go be one of their drivers during Rally Week!

Horrible way to run a business and a horrible business at that!  Pick another cab company or take Da Bus if you have a group or event!
