CITY CAB has been the most reliable cab service for me and was the first that I tried since moving to rapid city. The moment I called the phone was answered very quickly and was told they would arrive shortly. Before I knew it they were here immediately. When they say they will come in a certain amount of time they do exactly that. I am very pleased with this cab service and I would recommended this one to anyone who needs a quick ride! They are a very professional and caring company. I will be using this cab service for all of my needs. They are the absolute best in town. You won't be disappointed!!

Amazing taxi service. Very quick at getting to the destination, and very understanding when a situation arose. The woman that I spoke to on the phone was extremely kind, very professional, and personable. I would 100% recommend their services to others.

Called for a cab to pick up my car, she had passengers already on a route but gave me a clear and quick time she could pick me up. She kept in contact with me and there was hardly any wait from when she told me she would arrive to actual arrival. The drive was calm and quick, none of the runaround that some other reviews talk about. Would definitely use them again next time I'm in need of a cab.

I usually like city cab not today I called for a cab n he called bac saying he was coming from the airport he would b here in a few well a hr and a half later I call bac he's on his way to the airport again saying he HAD to take the run I said even if my call was b4 there's all he would say is I HAVE TO TAKE THIS IM SORRY.
