I have not ridden with this guy but someone really needs to show this man how to drive before he runs his own taxi business.  I have seen him driving recklessly multiple times around the downtown and Minnesota Avenue area in Sioux Falls.  He changes lanes without using a turn signal, speeds off at an excessive rate of speed, and doesn't pay attention to his surroundings.  I honestly would not recommend his services to anyone.  There are plenty of other taxi businesses in the Sioux Falls area that actually know  how to give people a safe and enjoyable ride.  This Mike guy needs to understand that the goal is to keep a safe road environment for everyone while transporting customers, not to make everything a speed race.

If we could give a negative star rating I would! Called early in the day to set up a scheduled ride. We planned our pick up place for after the show. Went to Garth Brooks and he was to pick us back up. We waited, called, texted and finally spoke to Mike. He actually told us we would have to find our own way home! I am so upset he just left us with no other options. Not from this area and stuck for hours begging for ride! Thanks to the pizza delivery guy who helped us out and gave us the 5 mile ride. NOT PLEASED! Busy or not, don't make a scheduled pick up and not follow through. Would NEVER recommend and the hotel we stayed at also said the same!!!

I came to Sioux Falls for a meeting and found Mike when I was looking for a ride from the airport to my hotel. Immediately, he was incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming. I used him for each ride I needed and I HIGHLY recommend him. He's on his own and doing the right thing for him and his family. Affordable and a great experience!

Speeds, Drives recklessly. Witnessed him going appx 50MPH on east 10th St and North Cleveland Athis morning in the last 5 min with a phone shoved up in his ear. I drove over the road for 13 1/2 yrs and have to say this is one person I wouldn't want transporting my family or I. He even went as far as to purposely slam on the brakes to try and cause a accident. "TAXI BY MIKE GETS A 0/5 Star rating from me. Only reason I have a 1 star is that you can't give the person a zero......
