Merging onto 229 and a woman in a Sioux Falls Taxi was right on my bumper. She crossed the solid line, swung around me on the left, cut me off and then threw her hands in the air and stayed yelling at me and flipped me off. She then came up on the other side of me and continued screaming and flipping me off. When I called to report her, the owner just said in a monotone, unconcerned voice "oh that's not good". He wasn't even surprised. Then he said he would tell her. Tell who? The driver? She already knows!! She's a road eager and a danger to other drivers. When I told him he didn't sound live he cared at all he hung up on me. I will keep this in mind and the next time I need a taxi I sure won't call this company!

Worst taxi experience I've had. Grumpy man driving, cursing at people on the phone, going down the interstate with a phone in each hand. Will not use again, I'd rather walk.

Yesterday I arrived from Houston and on my first day I had the worst experience, all thanks to the old guy who picked me up. One I put all my things in the car myself. I wanted to make sure the trunk was close so I asked "is it close" he responded "yes just get in" driving was bad as hell. When he dropped me at the wrong location he stayed in the street saying I have people waiting behind me being rude to me saying I want my money then said where is your friend mine you she has new born looking for me outside. He telling get my things. I said give me my change he had an attitude about that saying "he take it" it was just a mess y'all.

Usually, not that bad. I work for a hotel so I have to call taxi cabs for people all the time and usually just call this one... But this is unnacceptable. I call to ask if anyone called in a taxi cab to arrive at my hotel at 5:30 this morning so I wouldn't accidentally have 2 taxis show up at the hotel. Don't know who answers the phone but he screams "TAXI." at me when he picks up. I politely introduce myself and ask if there was a taxi called last night for 5:30, and I get the rambling saying how I'm inconveniencing him what the hell? I was just asking! And I don't get any more time to explain anything before this rod hangs up on me. Talk over me all you want to but the next time I call you your ears are gonna bleed just like how mine are from the way you shouted at me via phone. I hope you find the time to give yourself an attitude check.
