I've been using this dry cleaner for the past 2 years since I moved to Capitol Hill because it was very convenient. They tended to do a good enough job but recently they have been getting increasingly sloppy. They caused the hem on a few items to come undone and there have been water marks on various items of clothes after 'cleaning'. Most recently they broke multiple buttons on a sweater and then tried to deny it. The final straw was when they ruined a brand new silk dress that had been worn once. They were so reckless and rough with it that the pattern is now stretched out in a few areas and there is the beginning of a hole on the seam of one of the shoulders.  When I brought this to their attention they tried to deny it and then said the fabric was bad. I asked to speak to the manager and that in and of itself took 3+ visits. When I finally spoke to him on the phone he gave me every excuse in the book and not once apologized for what happened. I asked him to either fix the dress or replace it and he said it was my fault and that this was the result of wearing the dress. Wearing a $400 dress once does not ruin it...what does ruin it is a bad and reckless dry cleaner. I will never go back here and would strongly recommend no one else does either.

Terrific laundry service.  Very friendly.   I've used them probably 50 times and they have always had my items on time.  I have never had any issues with quality.   Side note:  They filmed a scene from the move The Good Shepherd with Matt Damon and Angelina Jolie here.

Very friendly, very fast, not CHEAP but the same price if not better than everywhere else around.
