This is one of the best cleaners I've ever had. Not only can they get ANY stain out of ANY clothing, but their alterations work is perfection. 

I got a bridesmaids dress sized down from a 16 to fit a large bust and a small frame. Not only did they get the work done seamlessly (pun intended) in a week, they pressed it for free. 

They have also MADE A SPAGHETTI STRAP for my favorite dress after the strap snapped.

If you live in the neighborhood (or don't), go here. The employees are kind and efficient and the prices are almost identical to what I paid in Jacksonville, Fla., which has a much lower cost of living.

I choose this cleaners because it was close to my house, without reading any reviews prior to going. OMG... I wish I would have read the reviews before going. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude (both times dropping off & picking up), When I walked in, she had a smug facial expression and she didnt greet me when I came in. She pretty much ignored me until I said HELLO really loud. It took them almost a week to wash 1 shirt, 4 pairs of slacks (two of which had small alterations)... I am very big on customer service, and if someone treats you rude, imagine how they treat your clothes..after picking up my stuff i smiled and said "see you real soon" the cashier smiled..i was thinking in my head, you will never get another red cent from me...

Love my little neighborhood dry cleaner. Friendly, remembers me, great service. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!

First place I tried since moving to Washington.  I'm going back again today!  Very nice and super convenient in Waterfront.
