Great place to grab a good bite to eat! The guy at the ice cream counter was super friendly, very informative, a great addition to a over all good experience. Biscuits and gravy is a suggested try!

The food was good once we got it.  The staff was very nice. The service was really slow.  I personally love thick shakes and this was not it. Their ice cream is good tasting.

The food is middle of the road standard breakfast fare.  I have been several times because it’s not bad and it’s conveniently located for me.  Service has always been .: meh. Nothing outrageous or crazy about the service, but not overly friendly and welcoming.  Now the reason I won’t be going back. The price. I ordered a Mexican omelette to go with no hash browns or toast that come with it.  The Mexican omelette is a few veggies no meat or anything.  They charged almost $13 for the omelette, with added jalapeños. Then my favorite part was an additional 15% fee because I got it to go! What? No mention of it when I ordered in person of a fee.  So with tax I paid almost $16 for an omelette with no sides. …. Oh yeah and they forgot the salsa that was supposed to come with it. Awesome Job!

They talked me into the double bacon cheeseburger because they were out of other things. What I didn't know was that I would end up spending $25 for this meal just me, no drink!.  Seriously?!?! Also, takeout is an automatic gratuity!!  I ordered at the counter, waited for my order, and left... Why do I have to pay a gratuity?  Sorry. I will not be going back.  $25 for a cheeseburger is a rip off. Otherwise, the fries were great and the burger was pretty good... If you like lots of beef

Good service and nice atmosphere. Maybe it was our fault for trusting it, but the Filet Mignon Steak Omelet was very disappointing. It was filled with canned mushrooms and the toast was burnt. Not good, but I’ll be back to give them a second chance with a different menu item.

Consistently good food! Breakfast was amazing and portions are plentiful. Service was good too considering how busy it was and being shorthanded.  Biscuits and gravy were fantastic and we got the meat lovers omelette that was packed with meats and flavor. Certainly a great place for comfort food!

Good Country style breakfast food. Liked my Chicken Fried Steak they hash browns were very good and crispy. The pancakes were a hit light and fluffy! the Loaded Biscuit's and Gravy we very good. large portions could not finish all the food and it was a late brunch and the first meal of the day!

Capri is good, my teens ask to go there specifically to get biscuits and gravy although they tell me my home made biscuits and gravy is better! The place is casual, and usually busy enough where there are only a few tables available at any given time. This visit, I was not impressed with the corned beef hash omelette, as it was as if the corned beef hash came directly from a can. However, the biscuits and gravy were great, and my wife's veggie benedict looked delicious.

I need to update this review. Yes, we STILL love Capri. There is an original location near downtown Boise. The location in Meridian is newer. We frequent both locations. We stopped by the Meridian location yesterday it was a Saturday and we noticed one of the seasoned pro waitresses was there serving. We've always seen her downtown. I asked her if she moved over and she said no she just helps out on Saturdays. I honestly don't even know where to start with this visit. Here we go.... I had one of those weeks where nothing went right. I was tired. I was plagued with the happenings of the week and the world. And I was hungry. : When our group of 7walked in, I saw one of my besties there eating breakfast. That made me smile! Of course we were bantering from table to table and here comes the waitress. She got right in on it! We laughed. We talked. She took time out of her busyness to get to know us. What?? Tell me a time in today's world that this happens!!? I finally ask her what her name is. She replied Deema. Deema made our entire week of chaos disappear for a lite while. Her quick wit, laugh, and realness brought a calm to us. Folks, she is the real deal. She is the seasoned pro that should be training every new service person in the country! And let me tell you I don't think I have met a more humble grateful person. My bestie at the other table and I were texting and made sure that we made HER day just like she made ours.  I watched her face as she grabbed his ticket when he left. With a tear in her eye and smile, she got right back to work. When it was our turn to pay she told us we were taken care of. What?? My bestie pulled a fast one!! So, I order a ice tea to go and blessed Deema even more. She walked around and gave me the biggest hug. Thank you Deema for being the best part of our day!  I absolutely love Capri! It is one of our favorite places to go for breakfast! The biscuits and gravy are AMAZING!

First, the service is outstanding. Been there twice, treated very well, so they were rewarded accordingly. Some of the food is better than average. They definitely know how to fry their tots & French fries! But the finger steaks are not great - tender, but that's their best quality. And I would not have paired my "tan" meal with some tasteless canned corn. Next time please open a can of green beans. My husband's Philly was amazing, though! Very generous portion of beef, lots of flavor. On our prior visit we had breakfast, and it was just okay; not anything to make us want to go back just for that. I did see a huge cinnamon roll that looked promising, and we've been told that the burgers are really good.
