Got a car brakes and windshield bad. They said they would fix them. Brakes got fixed but were still loose told them they said oh well. Windshield took 3 days to get replaced and they did not put a gasket around it so had to take it back in to get fixed again. Now brakes are out again. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN

As someone else stated, if I could give you - Stars I would!!!... I dont know who is running the Owasso Ok car mart now but the people they have working for them are nothing but rude, and liers.. We bought our car 2 years ago, AND HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE ON ANY PAYMENTS..To keep that payment history in good standing, I called when we filed our taxs back on the 30th of Jan, to let them know ahead of time when to expect our tax time payment..I have NEVER had bad service from them... UNTILL NOW..... I have been dealing with them for 2 weeks now, making sure that our tax month balloon payment is taken care of .. and through lies, RUDE phone calls from employees, and miss handling of our account, we NOW have to pay a 40$ late fee that WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED TO US.. I USED to tell people all the time how NICE it was to deal with the Owasso Ok car mart.. I WILL NO LONGER SEND ANYONE TO THEM....

Acount reps need to be trained in how to handle accounts better, also need trained in regulations on collection calls.

Where to start? Second day I had my car it broke down. I was over a barrel so I had to have them fix it. They call before my payment is due to tell me I'm late. They call you at work even when you ask them not to. I was in the hospital for 3 days recovering from major surgery and they want proof that I was in the hospital to why I can't make my payment you don't even have to do that with any other company. They call you on Saturday at 6pm telling you that you need to be in their office today. I happen to know the office manager there and I know they don't start the  repo process until you are 13 days late just an FYI. They do not report to the credit bureau no matter what they say. I have a couple payments left when I went in the asked me if I'd be buying another one from them I said no way. If there is any other way for anyone to get a car I'd say do it because these people are rude and are only out for the money.

GO SOME WHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN!!!!
