My experience at Jim Glover has been amazing. Every salesman is respectful and extremely helpful. My salesman, Mario Llamas, was my final decision for choosing Jim Glover over their competitors. He quickly responded to every question in person, call, text, and email. He provided several options that were on the lot and off at other sites. He was able to narrow down my search and find the perfect vehicle to my criteria. He has continued to help me after the purchase of the vehicle, which is unbelievable. I absolutely recommend Jim Glover to everyone in need of a great vehicle with unbelievable service.

Was one of my worst experiences in buying a car things were not explained up front and when it came to signing papers and doing the deal was told car would be higher price if I didn’t finance with them which was at a higher interest-rate. Funny how things change in the end . Went to another dealership to buy another car and one of the best deals I have ever done. No dealership will dictate who I finance through. I hope this helps change thing. I will say Mario my salesman was helpful things could of been done better but great guy thank you

This was a great experience! Our daughter had fun in the play room while we discussed our options as well as filling out paperwork. Eric Cole was a HUGE help! He got us in and out of there in a timely manner as well as knowing just what we needed for our little family. He pointed us in the right direction when it came to options and what vehicles had the best for us. Thank you guys so much!

I went in with my mom to help her purchase a new Jeep Wrangler. She was nervous about even getting a new vehicle cause she didn't wanna get screwed over by another pushy salesman. I'm here to say Jim Glover went above and beyond from the moment we got on the lot to give us the best customer service experience I've ever had in a car dealership!!!! Our salesman Ronald Munroe was hands down the best salesman I've ever dealt with and I'm a sales manager! His high energy, outgoing personality was the best I've seen! It was like we were family it wasnt just car talk we laughed we joked we had a great time from the time we met him! There needs to be more salesmen like Ronald. Ronald I want to personally thank you for the OUTSTANDING SUPPORT you gave us throughout our visit at Jim Glover! Jim should be PROUD to have you on the team! Thank you so so much for the new Jeep Wrangler for my mom and the AMAZING AMAZING experience at Jim Glover!! Everyone go see Ronald Munroe he will change your perception on car salesmen!!!

Dillon thank you for taking such care in helping us purchase the 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus. I truly was not sure what I wanted, you sat down and discussed my needs. The Jeep is perfect and I love it. Thank you to the manager for working to really make the deal with my trade in and all my must have on the Jeep. The Uconnect navigation that you guys suggested is amazing and works perfectly. It was a pleasant experience overall. Have a little squeak in the door but already talked to you guys and I am finding time to bring it in. Thank you for caring for the customers.
