Decent sales guys. They were informative and polite. Finance guy was a completely different experience. Arrogant jerk from the moment I walked into his office. He referred to my African American business partner as "the help" more than once. Then proceeded to talk down to me when I refused to buy his warranty that isn't worth the paper it's printed on. I own four company trucks and intended on buying more, which I will, just not from Classic.

There are a lot of great people that work there & then there are a lot of shady people. For example, Dustin Davis (Used Car Manager) he is an extremely ignorant unprofessional idiot. We went in to get a payment fixed, that they messed up, had a lot of very very helpful people talking to us and we were waiting to see Jamie (also a very AWESOME salesman) when Dusty (the idiot) came into the waiting area in front of other waiting customers & proceeded to tell us "They would not refund our down payment. We gave you a good enough offer & if you can't pay that then sorry" which is not what we were even there for. So if you go to classic, great! But do NOT talk to Dustin Davis. He is an idiot.

Our experience today buying a new car was amazing. The team at Classic are simply wonderful! They went above and beyond anything we could have ever expected! Our salesman Jamie was incredible and I would encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to visit him for a car buying experience that will leave you 110% satisfied! The team that worked with us made magic happen! Thank you to Jamie , Dustin & Dustin we will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle !

From the time I stepped on the lot I was treated well and the car buying process was quick and easy. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and fun to interact with. It was my best car buying experience ever.

not overly happy about my last service at Classic, sad when other employees how top notch another dealership currently is. Since I live closer to the other dealership and have since stop by this location I might just have to switch my service to this location. Vehicle was not taken care of as in the past. After purchasing 2 vehicle from this dealer not sure if I will continue or look for another due to service
