Needing help quickly I went to Quality Tire and I received the best customer service and also service. I went in as women not knowing exactly what all I would need but had an idea. To my surprise it was a quick fix and what I thought I needed fixed was checked over and drove for many more miles as they let me know I could purchase now or wait. To me that is service. They took care of me. Since then anytime I need an oil change or anything I have taken there and I know have piece of mind that they will take care things honestly and are reasonable. They don't sale me what is not needed. It is a hard business to be in and run on top of being family owned. Great job!

My son drives a 2012 Mustang, the first car he has actually bought on his own. His gf had their baby on July 1st. We all knew his car needed tires especially before he put a baby in the car. I swapped him cars while they were still at the hospital and told him I would find him some tires and have them put on his car for them. I called this tire shop and asked if they had any good uses tires. The older gentleman who works at the front desk told me he had a set of 4 really good used tires with lots of tread on them and I could have them for $40.00 a piece. (I have bought used tires a hundred times with warranty for half the price in Tulsa and never had any problems.) On July 5th I had those used tires put on his car. I told the older gentleman what I was doing for my son also. I admit I am a female that has never done any type of car anything besides call a shop and trust what people say and do to my vehicles. (Mistake on my part.) The tires get put on and I drive away. On July 19th my son calls me and tells me had a blow out on the back drivers side on the highway while he was headed to work. When the tire separated the tread smacked the side of his car a couple times and tore up stuff in the fender well area. He obviously put the spare on and drove to work. The next day he had a different tire put on his car (from a different shop). The guy at the other shop told my son the 4 tires that were just put on his car were all weather rotted/cracked and needed to be replaced I called the shop that put the tires on. I spoke with Jay and explained what happened. He offered to give me money back if I returned the tires. I asked him if he still had the tires they originally took off the car. He said no. So I'm going to give you the tires back and then do what? Have the car sitting on blocks because I can't buy new tires? He offered to buy 2 new tires and he would give me credit for 3 tires that I previously purchased and I would pay the difference for the new tires. I agreed, on July 27th the 2 new tires were put on and I paid $65.00 more dollars. On July 28th my son was driving to work and his back bumper flew off his car on the highway. (Remember when the weather rotted tire blew and hit, scratched and damaged stuff under the fender well?) When that tire blew it broke the clips and the black piece that helps secure the bumper on. When he was driving the wind caught that part off the bumper and ripped the whole thing off. There are a couple lessons I have learned through this whole ordeal. 1. Never will I or my family members go to Quality tires for any type of service again. 2. Never buy used tires unless they can be inspected by someone who you can trust. I was only trying to help my son and his new family out and instead of just buying him quality used tires, I get to buy him a new back bumper, multiple pieces to fix the fender well area, and fix the scratches on the side of his car. I agree with the post earlier they need to change the sign on the window and take down the words- Integrity, Character and Quality!

Great service and great price!!! There were a few cars in front of me for an oil change so I expected to be there a while but I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Family owned so I am always happy to help my neighbors.

We have been going here for a couple of years now since we had poor service elsewhere. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We love going here for our vehicle needs.
