07-09-16     My husbands sthiL weedeater ,the main part was not working,we had had it for 9 years,so we figured we were going to invest in another one. We started calling to see where we could find the same model number to match what we had so we wouldn't have to buy all the same parts has we had before,blower,edger,ect.  Called several places could get no help,went to ACE,couldn't get anyone to help us,when we found someone,they were very unexperienced with the brand itself.  We got on the website of P&K called to see if they could help us,They were very kind and said yes.  So we left Tulsa and drove to Owasso.  When we walked in we asked them if they had the model # we needed,they said yes,but lets see if you even have to buy a new one,we might can fix it for you.  They (BOB) took it in the back and worked on it and said "You don't need a new one lets fix this part.  He took the time that we needed.Well B back to P&K,if we Ever Need any Lawn Equipment again.  You don't find to many companies anymore to go out of their  way to help people like they do.  We just couldn't believe they could have made a sale but choose to be honest with us. Way to go P&K !  You have made us a customer for Life.

RUDE AND UNCARING!!!!  I called P&K looking for an item to purchase.  I was on hold for just a few minutes when a lady answered and told me that everyone else was busy and she had no idea.  

I was sorely disappointed and astounded at her unwillingness to help a potential customer.
