Overpriced. Sleazy salesmen. Delusional sales people. Do it yourself and save $$. Quoted me $4000 for everything. Spent $1800 and did it myself. Exact same product. Just no insane repricing and labor costs.

Paid almost $400 to get an alarm system put into my jeep and made an appointment to have it installed for 1pm. Get here at 1, they tell me it'll be done by 4 so I patiently wait and shop at Ross next door until I come back and sit for the last 2 hours in the waiting room. Then go to use the bathroom and there's NO water. I ask what the deal is and the guy said they shut the water off in every store on the lot and it'll be a few hours until it's back on he then also added that they're backed up and won't be done until 9pm or the next morning. He said he can get me a ride to work but he can't bring me back to work.. ?? (Which does me absolutely no good). He then finally says he will pay for me to take an uber home (half hour drive by the way,  Capitol Hill). I finally agree to that and he says okay so you buy it and we will pay you back later. I wonder if they're also going to pay for my boyfriends gas to bring me back here in the morning??? Or for my time I'm missing at work tonight??

I had an issue with my car stereo that I thought would cost me a couple of hundred dollars but Nicole and David (the manager) were awesome finding me a solution for $30! They were very friendly and helpful. I've only had great experiences here with any one I have interacted with but this time it was a 5 star experience that saved me a lot of money.
