The Auto Butler and Morris, the owner,  are the epitome of exceptional service.  Morris is the quintessential professional, quite personable along with being just a genuinely pleasant person.  His work ethic is above reproach.  We found Morris' Auto Butler when we moved to the Kingsgate area of Kirkland.  The business recently moved to a great new location which is still in Kirkland.  We first took our vehicles to The Auto Butler about 3 years ago and have not once regretted it.  Morris and his staff's attention to detail is top tier.  Morris solicits input and is more than willing to correct any shortfalls that you might feel are necessary.  In all our interactions we have yet to find one area that needed attention, or something we were unhappy with.  Morris meets and exceeds my expectations one hundred fold.  Don't hesitate to give The Auto Butler a try when in the market for detailing.  I assure you, you will not be disappointed and will be impressed with the quality of work.  There simply is none better!

I recently bought a Toyota Tacoma that had seen it's share of mud and dirt.  Wanted to get it detailed but didn't have the time to do it myself.  I took it to The Auto Butler and they went the extra mile to get it cleaned up and looking great!  The paint was smooth and looked way better than before. The price was reasonable.  Glad I found this place!

This was my first time coming to the Auto Butler.  The waiting area is very clean, freshly remodeled, has a TV and filtered water.   There is an aerobics studio right next door which provides some musical entertainment while you wait.   I was planning to sell my daughter’s PT Cruiser but the cloth seats were trashed with food, coffee, and years of mystery stains.   They were able to clean the upholstery and get the seats looking great, and dried the seats.   The owner Morris gives personal attention and is committed to making sure you’re happy.

This is my second time going to the Auto Butler.  And once again I leave totally impressed.  My blue Subaru WRX looks exceptional inside and out.  Plus he has a new shop located about a mile from his old shop in Totem Lake and it is really nice.  I would recommend the Auto Butler to anyone who is looking for a great detail.

The job done by Morris and staff was exceptional and perhaps the best detail I have ever had.   On top of that,  his attitude and strong desire to make the customer #1 in the process shines, no pun intended.  Thanks Morris for making my 4Runner look better than the day I drove it home!
