Love this place. Been washing my car here for years. I spend about 30 minutes washing my car and it usually costs me about 14.00 which is about what you would pay a brown bear drive in car wash. Here though, since you are washing it your can get all the dirt. Also having the ability to use a card is nice. I live near the splash n dash I'm Woodinville and purposely drive to Kingsgate because the splash doesn't take cards and just isn't as nice.

Like the touchless factor. Only thing that would make this place better would be if the dryers/blowers had timers. Had an issue once with one of the washes and had to run my car through the other side. Called the # and they refunded me, no hassle. Will continue to bring my car here.

Came here today for a quick wash on my lunch break, I had just started my car wash when the car behind me is paying and all of a sudden the car wash stops working. She calls the number on the sign and a guy says he will be there in 3-5 minutes. She proceeds to leave. I wait, and sure enough he arrives within minutes, he gets me into the next bay pays for my car wash and gives me a hand full of tokens for my troubles. Outstanding customer service!!! I will be back!!

I would be more impressed if this car wash actually wash your client. It only got to the top layer of dirt and nothing more

Fairly good for the price you pay. It's hard to find automatic touchless washes like the ones here in Bellevue Kirkland Redmond area for those weeks where it's not worth my time to hand wash or I just wanted a quick cheap wash. Also got a free vacuum token with the wash I had. Although the vacuum had little to no suction power...
