I vote great service from these guys. Fair and value for the price paid. The people cleaning the interior did a great job! I will come back. Don't forget to tip the staff doing the interior.

I've had my car washed here several times. The lady outside has always been nice without pressuring me to buy a more expensive wash. I always appreciate that.

They do a good job always! have been using them for over 4 yrs. The rates are good.  Consistent and fast service. Free wash for a state inspection too!

I want to say a huge THANK YOU to the management. I'll start by saying this. I've been going to this car wash for years and have found them to the best in the area and when the new management took over it got better. So to me 5 stars. 

Now to why I would love to give them 5 more stars. 

Over the holidays I bought my wife a surprise gift for our first child together, it is a diamond necklace , I plan on giving it to her the day our child is born. While we were traveling back from visiting my parents I had to keep it out of her sight so I hid it under the driver seat. When we got back I forgot to take it out and hide it. The next day I took the SUV in to get cleaned and vacuumed out. That night I remembered it and thought I need to get it while she was distracted. I went out to get it and it was gone. Their employees had removed it while cleaning. I panicked and called them but they were closed. I freaked out, couldn't  sleep and had the worst thoughts running through my head. 

The next morning I was sitting there waiting on them to open so I could confront them about what had happened and with all the negative thoughts that I let get the best of me I was prepared for a fight. When I explained when I was there and what happened he smiled and said " I have it in my office."  My heart dropped and I was over the moon happy. He told me that it was sitting on their work cart that she took it out to clean the vehicle and in a rush forgot to put it back but he saw it and put it in his office right away knowing I would soon return. 

So this is why I added the extra 5 stars. They are good at what they do, are honest and take pride in their customer service. So much so when I explained that I was worried sick and barely slept they gave me a free wash and detail for my worries. 

Thank you so much and you have earned a life long customer.

Still sitting in Carwash USA bay after having my car detailed and it's filthy. Asked for a towel so I could wipe the inside myself and they gave me one!!! Back window is so dirty, it wasn't even touched at all. What a waste of $60!!! Not happy at all.
