This place used to be awesome!  I'm so sad the owners have let all the equipment go to such poor condition...almost nothing works anymore.  I used to use this place all the time, but since I have moved back to Frisco the few times I have gone by have left me quite disappointed.  Every time either the vacuums don't work, the washers release no soap, or something else is broken.  Unfortunate, but I guess these things happen.  I  wish there was another self-service car wash close by!

I dont know how this place remains in business, I am not sure I've ever gone there and thins have worked as they should. Most recently, I pumped in quarter after quarter, trying to get the foaming brush working. Never did. I switched to high pressure soap and I'm pretty sure it was water only. Just a total waste. 

Unless you are going there to scrape off copious amount of mud and dirt, don't waste your time. This place is a complete rip off and a dump. 

On the plus side, it felt like I would get mugged with the dim lighting but I did not.

This place appears to be abandoned. Only one Bay has water, brushes are useless, wasted $4 trying to wash my motorcycle because nothing worked and no phone number to call and complain. DO NOT GO THERE unless you want to give your money away!! Sadly I had to give this one star to make my comment. It should be negative 5 stars.

Yesterday I drove my black SUV through some white paint spilled on the road. I initially went to my nearest car wash (Splish Splash) and they told me they couldn't help me for less than $100. I told them that I didn't have $100. I asked them if I could use a hose to wash the wet paint off, again they said it would be $100. Frustrated, I left and went to Frisco Water Works. The guys there went above and beyond to help me get the paint off. They insisted that I drive my car through the wash twice, and they power washed my fender walls until the paint was gone. I only paid $17!! These guys are awesome, they really know what it means to give great customer service.

Their equipment doesn't work properly. Our car is covered in soap and the spot free rinse doesn't even come out and the regular rinse only shoots out soapy water. The number you call that's listed isn't even a working number. This should be illegal. The foam brush isn't foaming it just has running soap pouring out. A waste of $5 trying to get the soap rinsed off.
