I purchased a exterior and interior wash, and it was not satisfactory, there was bug guts and road dirt all over the front grill of the car.

The overall wash was fine and the detailers worked really hard and fast cleaning and detailing the exterior. I asked one of the young ladies cleaning the vehicle did they have a stronger cleaning product, she brought a young man in a red jacket and I repeated to him my question. As I spoke, I scratched the ruddy brown spots off and he declared, “Yeah, It’s $40! It’s gonna take them three hours to clean that... It’s paint!” I found this incredulous, I could clean these spots with spit and a cotton ball in three hours.

I explained to him that a failure in customer service had taken place, and when I brought it to his attention that the platinum wash did not adequately address the cleaning of the front of the vehicle, his response was to demand more money rather than offer a solution. I wouldn’t have minded incurring a fee of some sort I suppose but, this gentleman clearly did not appreciate my business at all. 

I repeated my question to him and asked would he mind just bringing it to test it. He eventually brought the cleaner and naturally the dirt removed with a wipe or two. I asked the young man to be more mindful of his manner in speaking with customers. And declined this extra special $40 add on wipe down.

This place just wont earn my business anymore, this is a failure in training and this young man is the front face of an otherwise very attractive business. The detailers did a really great job. I tipped them $40.

One star for the time I purchased $80 detail and wax and found my 12v is phone charger broken and placed in my center console.

I wouldn’t recommend this wash. My car was hit when it was first opened by a car behind me. I never received an apology or anything similar. Use the other washes in the area. Cheaper and better.

Awesome job my Mustang was sparkling when they got done. Their club membership pricing is excellent and we'll worth the expense.

Car wash does a good job. Vacuums are strong and clean. The free use of microfiber towels is also a nice touch.

First time coming here, I live just down the street so it's relatively convenient. Prices are low, establishment is new, equipment is clean and they encourage tipping their associates which I personally appreciate. These folks work hard and they deserve equal compensation. My car was hand cleaned with care and attention, so I suggest the full-service wash.
