This is a great car wash place. Convenient location and great service. Reasonable prices and quick in and out.  There are free vacuums as well.

SHORT ANSWER: The Design of this place is terrible which would make it hard to be good and the staff doesn't help to change that perception.  Potential scratch damage to my pickup and slow service.

LONG ANSWER: I wanted to love this place, I saved a coupon I got in the mail and waited for a nice day.  I went and the "order taker" guy was great, it went downhill from there.  Only one lane to order and pay, one guy manning the prewash, English was a challenge to getting my antenna unscrewed was tough.  I've never seen so much soap, so I assume the wash part was going well but I questioned some of the aggressiveness of the spinning brushes. At the end of the wash tunnel is 1 car length of space and then a glass wall, in a full size pickup I was so worried about making the turn I started turning even before the green light said go.  I went about 10' and turned 90 degrees to get stopped by two staff with towels, they start drying the truck, I remember seeing a little Porsche behind me in the tunnel, I think this is going to get interesting in about 45 seconds.  Yup, they are not half done drying the truck and out comes the Porsche, he has virtually nowhere to go so they wave me out down to detailing station.  This is good for me because the drying wasn't complete, if I hadn't paid for interior service would I have been sent on my way with some soap on the car?  The detail spot is back down a thin lane and they direct me to make another 90 degree turn in to the bay.  As I slowly turn in the front of my truck is almost kissing a brick support and the other side of the car is almost being touched by the vacuum and hoses hanging down. Less than inches, it was hard to see for sure my mirrors still had soap on them.  I had ordered a full detail so I wait around for about 30 minutes and they finish, everything looks fairly good except in the driver side passenger door there are scuffs I do not remember.  They use some extra wax and get it 50% better all the while saying it couldn't have been their machine.  To be fair it might not have been, but I think it was.  Can't prove it.  Regardless I will not be returning, it is very hard to negotiate their layout and as soon as more people start coming I believe the wait for service will be terrible.
