This dealership was top notch! Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I wanted. The  process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process. This is by far the best car buying experience I've had. Highly recommend to everyone in Virginia.

Sold me a decent first car and was told all new tires nothing to worry about. My tire pressure light kept going off and so they sent me to one of there auto repair places (COSTAL I think)to check my tire.  Was told everything was good to go just needed some air. After my trip back from Florida I went to get an oil change and was informed the tire had some patch work done. I started noticing signs the transmission was going out so I traded it in at Nissan Auto. What I should have done it the first place.

These guys have helped be get a great car and helped me with anything I need at all times of the day I couldn’t thank Eddie enough for helping me get my car good to go again with new break pads and everything else! Thanks guys I really appreciate it!!!

I highly recommend carafellos auto I mean it's right in the name they "care for a fellow". I personally dealt with Chad and he not only wants the best deal for you but he puts himself in your shoes and acts as if he's buying the car so what's best for you is what's best for him. Again great experience couldn't be happier

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude with the wonderful service we recently received when purchasing a vehicle at Carafello's These days it is not often that a sales person goes beyond the extra mile to ensure a clients piece of mind and satisfaction. It  was a pleasure dealing with the owner Ryan. He took every measure to ensure that his service delivery was impeccable from start to conclusion of the purchase. He took his time and made sure the purchase was right for the customer with no high pressure sales. It is good to know that there are some companies that still believe in good client services. Exceeding the customer satisfaction by providing extras into the vehicle without additional cost, that really meant a lot and I have never received such service from other dealers. Carefello's is an amazing dealership and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I wanted to say thanks again on behalf of my family for Carafello's help with finding the right car and taking such good care of our son. With him just arriving to the navy base and not knowing much about the area it was truly a blessing he was recommended to come to this dealership. Ryan had the chance to live up to everything he promised after purchasing the vehicle and he not only produced but went above and beyond. He truly cares for his customers and takes care of the military family's. This post doesn't even come close in representing what a great dealership this place is.
