Had problem with a Dodge Service and once with a gm Parts 
Terrible expirance with the auto auction pretty much green light does not mean anything. There r very fast with exsquses. I did contact Main people and had no luck 
I do understand there r busy and they have other customers but in my case I really don’t see me being wrong in any way 
I think that I am 100% correct.
I am not saying that u should not buy Car from Carbone. But in my case I was no lucky 
I don’t have any choice there r big dealer and I still have to deal with them and buy parts 
I am not blaming any employer it’s not there fault they do there best.

This place overcharges even for basic repairs. The service is bad, and the quality of their used cars aren't good (haven't bought a new car from them). Don't shop here. I would give them less than one star if I could.

Bought a new car on 11/7/17, (paid in full). Its been ten days (It's 11/17/17) and i still do not have the car! I will keep you updated.
I finally got the car but the part that the salesman Mike Green guaranteed would be fixed in the test drive and that was one of the conditions of the sale is still broken.

I don't think that CARBONE deserves even one star. I've been their customer for many years and I've seen it going worse and worse. On 12/29, I asked them to do alignment on my Honda 2015. Typically, they changed filters and everything else that I originally didn't request. When I came to pick up my car, it was smashed in badly. I called the service guy, as well as their service manager, and their response was quick: "That didn't happen here!" End of the story. Well, who did it, then? They said that I came with the damaged car. I think I would have noticed a big smashed in damage on the driver's door. Then, I pull the chip from my car camera and asked them to play it for me because I was certain that the damage happened at Honda Carbone. They said that they don't have a drive for my chip. At home, the video shootage showed that a white Honda Fit hit my car that the mechanic parked for 33 minutes in the middle of the road outside the service area. I filed two police reports and it turned out that Carbone won't cooperate, and that they don't even have surveillance cameras around their property. That shocked me the most. Then, the service manager waved the papers in front of my face telling me that they are not responsible for any damage. I argued that it's their responsibility when I bring a car for a service and then I come to pick up a damaged car. Besides, if I came with the damaged car already (as they claim), wouldn't it be their responsibility to notify me first. I mean, it was a big smashed in damage on my car. It costs about $2000 to fix it. My insurance will pay for most of it but I have to pay $500 deductible. So, I paid $420 to Carbone for their "service" and damage to my car, and now I have to pay $500 for the repair?!?! Does this make any sense? They told me that they need 5-passing score. I will give them -5. And I will definitely report them to a better business bureau.

I purchased a Hyundai Elantra in 2013 from Carbone Hyundai and I have to say that the service there is absolutely deplorable and will never, never buy a car from there again. Every time I have brought my car in for service they have always added something extra to my bill that was not requested and I was not told about prior to the service.  I once brought my car in, in which I told them," I need an oil change, my back break light is out and I need it repaired, and then after that please do the inspection."      They did the oil change, checked my light, (which they informed me need to be ordered as they need to replace the whole piece) and then charged me for a failed inspection because the back light was out. And after I asked they informed me that they would charge me again for a new inspection after the light was repaired.       Who in their right mind would inspect a vehicle knowing the back light was out and needed repair after I told them to repair it first then do the inspection.    And of course, today was another circus as I brought it in for an oil change and inspection. The young lady at the desk told me that my back license plate light were out and my trunk light was out and would cost me $61.00 to complete before passing inspection. ( I know how much bulbs cost and have replaced them myself, and consider this robbery) Nor did they give me the options to do these myself when I told them I could do it.  They also suggested ( but didn't need them done today) I needed new brake pads which was quoted at $369.00. Even calling around to very reputable repair shops, the price they quoted to me is robbery. My husband has purchased 2 trucks and my son has purchased a car from Carbone and has never faced these problems. And in the other Carbone dealerships their waiting rooms are 100% better than Carbone Hyundai. I guess if you buy from Carbone Hyundai they must consider those customers to be bottom of the barrel.
