We went to look into a lease on a Honda Odyssey.  They made everything really easy and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for and in our price range.  It was a great experience and we will definitely continue to use Carbone Honda in the future.  Robert Thompson was our salesman and was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle.

Rather than focusing on the reason why the customer brought the vehicle for service, they will try to find something else to be done and will overlook the reason why the customer brought the vehicle. They will try to find the issue, but rely only on what the diagnostic tool will tell so the customer will end up having unrelated repairs done and the problem still exists. It has been a nightmare having my vehicle go back and forth and having it stay in the shop for days and as soon as you pick it up or the next day, you will find the problem not fixed. Bring it back and they will charge you again for diagnostic tests. Whenever I bring my vehicle for maintenance or recall, I always find issue with their work. One time the glove box fell when I opened it. Then another time I found the control panel or cover on the driver seat broken, and then again another time I found the interior paneling or cover not placed back properly and broken. And today when I got home, I couldn't open the damn hood. I figured how to but not the normal way. I think after replacing the radiator the locking mechanism of the hood got messed up. After all the recommended repairs and unrealistic or bloated labor hours and $$$$ expensive labor costs, I'm still having doubts that the problem has been resolved. Let's see what happens in the next few days or the next time the cold weather strikes back.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Carbone Honda! Our salesman, Nate, was absolutely amazing to work with. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond during negotiations. He got us into the exact vehicle we desired, at the payment we felt comfortable with. We would definitely recommend!

Great improvement over previous car buying experiences.
Pleasant, helpful sales representative. As a car was available of the model I sought was available, I was able to test drive it, purchase it and drive it home all in one day. What a change!

During this visit, I worked with Art to get my Honda Accord serviced. I've worked with Art the last few times I needed service over the last four years. He was able to navigate the details of the service I needed on this visit versus what I had had done the previous visit to help me save some money. I'm very pleased with Art's service and will continue to work with him at Carbonne Honda for all my service needs!
