From the first phone call to set up the appointment for a recall repair, until the serviceman handed me my keys and pointed me to my newly washed car, everyone in the Service Department was friendly and helpful. They explained clearly what needed to be done and offered to set up an appointment for an upcoming recall. The emphasis on a customer-oriented service model for the entire staff was very noticeable. Oh, and did I mention, they washed my car in the bargain!

We just bought our 4th car from Steet and it was truly the most fun and most comfortable car buying experience we've ever had! Jeff Ambrose was our salesman and went above and beyond to be personable and to find us a car that checked all our boxes with no pressure. Everyone else beyond Jeff were just as fun and personable, by the time you walk out you feel like family. Shout out to Rich, Rich, Phil, Shane, Steve and most of all Mike Button. I won't go anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

As usual with Steet-Ponte ,first class, no pressure , very knowledgable sales specialist , great inventory, excellent dealer prep ( mechanically), excellent financing options. The reconditioning department needs a little work Their grade was a C every other department an A+. I highly recommend Steet- Ponte for all of your automotive needs ( except detailing your auto............)
