It was a first class experience from start to finish. My salesman, Josh, was knowledgeable and an absolute professional. He did not attempt to sell me, but instead worked to help me find a bike that I would be happy with. His level of professionalism actually sold me my next bike, because I will be going back to Utica for it. Teri, Shane, Mr. Slater and all the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed during the purchase of my first bike. I would highly recommend visiting this business if you are considering purchasing a Harley.

We came out for the open house Saturday. Friendly sales staff that took the time to talk with us and listen to some old timer stories. A decent selection of used bikes and a few new ones up near the front. Typical life style accessories for a Harley shop. A decent selection of helmets and jackets.

I enjoy my visits to HD Utica the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly . I highly recommend HD Utica to anyone just stop in and feel the vibe .
