The sales lady Hilary was very pleasant. They never walked me through the truck to show me all the options or hoe to use any of the new gadgets. I had financing through another bank but they told me they would beat the interest rate I had. When I went to pick up the truck and sign the paperwork I asked about the interest rate and they said we will get to that page and wouldn’t answer me until we got to the page and saw that the interest rate was almost twice as high as I could have gotten through my credit union. Their response was that there was nothing they could do about it and that they have no control over it. At other dealers I have had them call banks and ask for a specific interest rate to beat what I could get at my credit union. They acted like they just wanted to get me out the door as fast as they could and could care less about the customer experience. I was supposed to receive a phone call a couple days after the sale to check in and have yet to hear back from them.

I've rarely had a problem with Carbone Nissan. The service people are always helpful. I typically visit their service department to get all of my car's servicing needs. My only gripe is they no longer offer tea in the waiting room area, and the k-cups available low-key tastes like piss; otherwise, I would've rated it 5-stars.

I have been working with this dealership for years and have had headaches every step of the way from misinformation to incorrect documentation to not getting calls back from all levels of staff. This has cost me thousands of dollars and I will never be shopping here again. I am sorry to all those I recommended to shop here when I thought they had things under control.

I am so delighted with my new Nissan Versa that I thought I would write a review. I am 67 years old and I have had many cars. This was the best buying experience I have ever had in my life. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I got exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. The transaction was completed without a single hitch. The dealer seemed very organized and knowledgeable. After my purchase they answered the questions I had cheerfully and with satisfying answers. I can't praise them enough. I am thrilled to be driving around in my beautiful new car. It is like a dream come true. Thank you.

I worked with Paul G. to obtain a new Rouge for my mother.  He couldn't have been more helpful, personable,  or knowledgeable.  He helped set her at ease into this new car and we could not be more thankful for his assistance.   Thank you Paul help.

P.S.   she loves the car too :)
