Nothing against the delivery drivers here. 
When we received our order tonight, it was wrong. I called in letting them know we received the wrong order and all they could offer was a credit back. I asked, can't you send the right order instead of credit? Their reply was that it would take an hour. 
...An hour more wait on a Wednesday night at 8:20pm?? So I ask for the credit. The credit back was $5 on a $30 order!? Seriously. I question the guy and his response "well, they only got one of the toppings wrong which is $2, so I'm actually saving you money on the next order." 
...Ok buddy, do the math, we already waited an hour for the first order (which was wrong) it cost $30 plus gratuity for your driver. The best you can do is give me $5 credit? Well, with one wrong topping now a whole pizza is thrown in the trash. Not everyone likes or can EAT mushrooms buddy. The worst thing was the response I received, "well I see you ordered online, so if you called instead of ordering online we probably wouldn't have written a wrong order in. Since it was online, there's more chance we write in the order wrong." 
...Okay... so if I called and ordered over the phone my order would have been received correctly rather than making an online order and which some one would have had to read? 
 Can you not read? Honestly, in  my opinion, reading is easier than listening...$5 dollar credit my ass. Unbelievable.

Customer service is terrible. At the end of my order I asked about something on there menu and the guy was extremely rude about it as if i should have known. I would rather take my business somewhere else than to be disrespected.

Very good pizza at regular Minneapolis prices. Close in to hotel Country Inn. It was fast. The staff were very friendly. This is a carry out pizza place. When we went to pick up the pizza they came out the door when they saw us and met us halfway. That is above average for a pizza joint. It is a sure thing.

Website is terrible for delivery. Get to the end to find they don't deliver. That should be the first thing you find out. Check the address first, not at the end. Favorite pizza that delivers though. Great food. 1 star for web site 4-5 star for Food

Honestly one of the best places around super friendly, fast, and great food. We always order from this location because it's always the same and that's a good thing for them!!
