At least 4 people had appointments ahead of me and had complained to the front desk about having waited for nearly 2 hours past their scheduled appointment time. 3 of them left. One lady got loud & beligerant and yelled at the staff (then she left as well). I waited 45+ minutes after my appointment time. The staff is clueless and extremely slow (like the DMV sloth from that Disney film slow). The digital check in list doesn't display correctly or really even matter. Anyone sitting here in pain for an extended amount of time should sue for pain & suffering.

Doctor and nurse provided great service. Front desk sucks, no people skills what so ever.
