I was turned away because I could not pay the full price at the time of service. I was able to cover the cost of the office visit, but because I had not met my deductible, the cost of the medical procedure (allergy testing) that I wanted to have done was going to be another $300+. I was led to believe when making the appointment that I would be able to be billed, but this turned out to not be the case.

The office staff are friendly, and I do not blame them (I blame our dysfunctional for-profit American health insurance system), however I give this clinic 1 star because I have been to several other physicians (GP, specialist, or otherwise) and they have all been happy to work with me by offering a payment/billing plan. It is hurtful to be turned away.

I love love love this place! Dr. Watkins and her staff are super amazing and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.

I would not recommend this ofc.  Inappropriate and incorrect decisions were made about my personal situation before speaking with me or seeing me.
