I've only been here for State inspections but the front office is clean, Staff is easy to talk to and back shops look well appointed and staffed.  Appointment times seem to be reasonably kept.

Also, a BIG plus for me is that this is an establishment that welcomes licensed concealed carry permit holders.    I try to buy American products when able to and I try and support business that hold some of my own regards for constitutional values.

I think people just automatically assume mechanics and shops are going to rip them off, so when the repairs are in the upper 100's to 1000's they get upset. Mind you a brand new set of tires will run you about 350 at the cheapest. 
My car cut off on me on Benson Rd, by the grace of god I was able to restart it and made it home which is not that far from here. I brought it here explained what happened and they checked it. They could have found a lot of things that needed fixing if they were trying to rip people off. They only found one thing quoted me a very decent price on parts and labor and had me back on the road. 
Bottom line with cars and repairs you kind of get what you pay for and these guys are very fair.

This place is awesome. Very courteous customer service. They seem to always put the customer's needs first. Price is never an issue. AND they have a play area that my kid absolutely loves. I would recommend this place to anyone.

carfix in Garner has amazing staff and is also a very nice relaxing place to come while they do whatever it is to your vehicle. i would recommend that if your looking to get your car serviced stop by and check them out. keep up the great work guys!!!!

We have three cars, two paid off, and money was tight for a bit. From day one they told us what needed to be replaced immediately (e.g. safety), and what should be replaced as soon as we can (e.g. proper operation / near-failures that aren't going to ruin the machine). It took about a year to get all the work done, and without their advice we could have had breakdowns or strapped ourselves for cash. I always felt like I got a good price and good work (and great, friendly service, but let's be honest the work is what we're worried about at a mechanic). I moved to Wilson a year ago and haven't found anyplace near as good. I just realized my front tires are just about bald and no place I've been in the last six months has even checked that for me, and I've had to put air in my tires from time to time where before I never noticed them getting low. I miss these guys.
