Very consistently the slowest location I have ever been to. I will frequently take a slightly longer route to work to go to a different Caribou because even with the longer route the overall time is faster. I've been inside before and witnessed some (not all) of the employees just meandering around taking their sweet time making drinks with a long line. I try my best to avoid this location unless I've got plenty of time to waste, which is pretty disappointing because its in such a convenient location.

I went to this restaurant this morning and about six errors were made by their staff (I'm not joking). Unfortunately, lack of staffing and mistakes tend to be a pattern at this location and not one isolated instance of poor customer service. I get the feeling that everybody at this location is untrained. To top it off, when I had already paid I asked if I could have my rewards taken into account (I had forgotten to add my rewards in the past at a different location and it took 30 seconds to add-on). The manager said I would simply have to do it on-line. While not a huge deal, this just shows the laziness or lack of knowledge of the people at this location (even the manager). I have never had a bad experience at a Caribou before and I go to Caribou (different locations) quite often but this Caribou Coffee/Einstein Bagels is run very, very poorly.

Amazing! What a great job! We had a few business meetings and ordered catering for breakfast. We had pastries, bagels, fruit and coffee all delivered and ready to go. Made that part of the meeting easy to set-up and made me look awesome for picking such delicious food. I received many compliments on the great choice and not one person had a complaint of any kind. Well, maybe that the food was too good and it was hard to pick which flavor to choose. The online ordering was a breeze! This will be our go-to for all future AM meetings.

An absolute terrible place. The staff looked obviously overworked and understaffed. There was only three people in the store one night. Just go somewhere else if you want a fast meal.

This location has the worst customer service. Their employees all have attitudes and are incredibly rude. And they most likely will get your order wrong. I don't know why I always forget what a bad experience it is here, but I'm always reminded very quickly as I'm placing my order. They need to hire people who are more positive and don't hate everyone who walks through the door. This is especially true of the (usually) girls in the back area making the food. Very unimpressed.
