Kari was the best representative ever!! Kari was very helpful from the beginning to the end, from the time I was approved over the phone Wednesday to I was able to make it out there that Saturday. Kari was patience with me and I'm a first time buyer...he answer all my 50 millions questions. My car is two weeks old now...and I referred my friend to Kari and he treated her the same way...Excellent service!! I had an awesome experience at CarMax in Gaitherburg, MD. My Sales Consultant Anthony C. was very informative and very patient with me.  He also was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons for the cars I was interested in which help me to decide which vehicle I should purchase, in which i ended up purchasing an Infiniti G37. 
I also had a great experience  with the car service department and Mr. Dean was also very informative and patient as well.  He also was very knowledgeable with my car informed me of features that I could utilize that I wasn't even aware of and to alleviate any inconvenience of leaving my car over night for minor repairs he offered me a loaner car.
I must say that both Anthony and Dean had great professionalism and great customer service.

Always easy, reliable, no pressure and good quality cars. Very easy to do business with...always have pleasurable experiences as this is my 2nd car from Carmax. Will purchase again and love the easy financing process. Happy Customer here!

Went in to sell a car. I only delt with the finance office.
Kayla was outstanding, she explained everything slowly and carefully before we signed each document. Kayla was fast, efficient, friendly and pleasant to deal with. I will ask for her the next time we visit CarMax for anything.

Customer service was amazing!  Easy process trading in a car.  Decent inventory.   Weekday was pretty busy so I'd avoid the weekends, but took a lot less time than I expected.
