had a very disturbing experience with Mr. car of Montgomery INC. They took my car as a $200 trade in for an used vehicle. When I turned in the title for the car that was traded in, they neglected to issue a document to certify the transaction, so, when they took possession of the car, they parked it illegally on the street and the car got towed away. So, you would think that is their problem but no! Montgomery County Department of Transportation issue a letter stating that I am liable for $840.00 for the towing, deposit and auction expenses incurred by the Department of Transportation. Please consumers be aware of the busyness practice of this dealership.

Very upset with Mr. Car. So when I first purchased the car there were broken pieces and missing pieces to the car. However, they replaced those parts for me. BUT then I realized I need new brakes. Come to find out there was only one brake pad the whole time I was driving the car! I had a bad feeling when purchasing the car and I should have gone with my instincts but I'm writing this review for those looking to buy a car. DONT COME TO MR. CAR!!!
