Best Dealer ever... Sales Team and Service team are excellent very friendly, will listen to you and suggest to best options for you as well. I wanted to be positive, but after three visits (the first two I thought were positive), I now realize that they fit the stereotype of the dealer who is in the business of selling cars and not servicing cars. When you have your car serviced READ THE FINE PRINT! My invoice stated that I declined services that I was never informed about. I noticed this today as I was checking out. The only thing discussed with me was a failed sensor.The previous visit documentation alleged that I was complaining about green leaking fluid (I never made the complaint, the employee at the business claimed that the radiator fluid was leaking from my car despite my stating I wasn't aware of any leakage). I purchased four tires from this dealer because their prices were the same as competitors but had what I thought was a better warranty. I had complained that my TPMS sensor was popping on and off and then was only told about the tire replacement as a solution due to cupping. Not even a week after the replacement, my tire sensors went haywire. Then, when they went to pull the previous invoices, claimed they could only pull items from six months ago so had no proof that these things were noted in previous inspections. When I looked at my receipt that they were unable to find, the documents they presented to me today WERE NOT ATTACHED! I'm sorry, but as a single mom I would not purposely drive my child around in an unsafe car, so I would have taken the time ot research these issues if they were explained. Many of the items on the car were a result of age (My car is ten years old, I get that). However, don't state that the customer declined a service when they were never informed of the service in the first place! I was definitely in the place of buying another car because I love my Honda... this won't be the place that happens however due to their inability to be upfront and honest about issues and problems. I am a person that spends my money with people I can trust, that is no longer the case here. Rose while not the best as far as thoroughly informing her clients has a great poker face, because I definitely was LIVID today as I walked out of the store.

I’m disappointed with the service and warranty, I bought a 2015 CRV back in 2015, after a year it had a small oil leak between the engine and transmission, when I took to the service, they cleaned up and told me that was dirt. 6 months later I took again because the leak was there, they dis same ... this year I took again and told them to don’t just clean and say le that is nothing, my car is 35k only and have an oil leak. They just cleaned again and told me there are not signs of oil. This is a complete rip off, this people here CHEAT to don’t do the repairs under warranty, it is a clear manufacture defect and this dishonest persons lie to don’t do the repairs... I’m very frustrated... I spoke with the Service Director and a Spanish guy (he describes as a blue team) and tried to see me as a dumb. I took pictures every time the leak is noticeable , they saw that and did nothing. Is very frustrating when you get a $40,000 car and it leaks in the first year, and the manufacturer service says it was dirt, this is a very dishonest, they trow to the trash the reputation that Honda had. My advise : buy a different brand or find another dealer if you don’t want to have a defective car ir you garage and loss more money and time than you expected. They are very dishonest persons, be aware.

Took my car here to get the oil changed. Lower price than any other place I found. Very quick with a great waiting room with free coffee and doughnuts!
