Great place to buy a car.  Horrible place to get service.  My AC condenser went out little over year after I got my SUV and because of mileage, I was out of manufacturer warranty.  Known issue and thus, national back order on part.  GM has not extended warranty on part.  I was charged over $400 even with my 3rd party warranty covering the cost of part and labor.  I was promised phone call from King after looking into this issue but I gave up after calling them multiple times.  I go to Criswell in Gaithersburg.  Much more professional.

Denied manufacturer recall support.  Was told an appointment would be set for me and I would receive a call by Marty to validate the appointment for an alternative service option for my 2012 GMC Terrain.  Was told that I was not able to reveive service in response to the recall because that was a 'special program' with no further logical rationale offered to explain.  Never received the appointment.  Never received a follow up call from Marty.

I was just there for recall service.  When I returned home, there was a letter from GMC about another recall that I needed to have serviced. It would have been nice to take care of whatever recalls were open while I was there the 1st time. I don't have so much idle time to run to Gaithersburg every week.

This was our second purchase from Phil Wood and King Buick GMC.  We couldn't be more happier.  We got a great deal from a very professional sales and financing staff.  They also have a tremendous service department and our service writer Brandon Plakas is the best!  The relationship they developed with us will keep us coming back for years to come!

Sales guy was decent.  The finance and service departments have some of the most incompetent people I have ever met.

Stay far away.
