Such a great car selling and buying experience. I researched quite a bit before considering CarMax, I was very pleased. Tey are extremely organized and efficient. I feel their offers are honest and within reason. I feel very comfortable with them and will return to purchase my next automobile.

Smoothest car purchase of my life.  My trade in was $1K higher than offered by a dealer;  no haggle pricing, beautiful auto, kind and well trained service rep; and my purchase came just in time to safely get me out of town before Irma hit!  I wouldn't have made it 1500 miles on my old car.  Very, very happy with Carmax and have told several about it.

Had a great experience at Car Max. Couldn't have gone smoother. Loved that they gave me a price from them and also from Kelly Blue Book. We got exactly what we were hoping for and not a penny less. There was absolutely no haggling. Just up front business dealing. Will always use them when selling a car. Got more than we could have selling it on our own.(and we did try first) Great company. No fooling around.

I recently purchased a recent model Camry SE at CarMax Naples, FL.  I was pleased with the treatment I experienced from the sales agent, Rhonda Davis.  She was helpful and answered all questions.  

I was surprised to find out that I didn't get an owners manual for the car  but she explained the process and I now have mine. I was reimbursed for the manual cost in cash when I visited the business office.

I am still investigating certain issues with the business office and hope they will be resolved successfully and soon.

Selling my vehicle to CarMax (Naples, FL) was easy.  Jose walked me through the process, which only took about 30 minutes total.  I was given both the Kelly Blue Book value and CarMax offer (higher than Kelly Blue Book).  I sold my vehicle to them immediately for a very fair price.
