After months of trying to locate the right car I spent time at multiple dealerships feeling like a gazelle surrounded by a bunch of lions. (especially in Miami...don't waste your time there) Mercedes Benz of Naples was my last stop and it happens to be my local dealership. I called on a Saturday afternoon and asked to see 2 specific cars listed on the website. When I arrived sales associate Joe Krebbs met with to show me the CPO C300's I inquired about. Considering he owns a C class himself he was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was able to explain pretty much every option under the sun and explain features more in depth then any other sales associate ever did.  His no pressure approach is what earned my business.  After I looked over the cars I knew I wanted to purchase one them.  Before making that known Joe mentioned to me something along the lines of not making an impulse buy and that he fully understood what I was looking for and that he would aggressively look find it in the near future.  That went a long way for me because he focused on building the relationship without being blinded and pushing the potential sale he had in front of him during the final hour on a Saturday evening. I knew then that I would try and strike a deal on the car in front of me.  After a couple laid back rounds of negotiations we struck a deal. After months of research I knew the number was fair. Joe made the process very pleasant and gave me the peace of mind that he and the rest of the MB Naples team will perform post-sale services for anything I may need in the future.  I highly recommend using this dealership. If they don't have the car your looking for they will find it.  Trust me when I say working with a sales person like Joe who listens to your wants & needs takes the stress out of the car buying process. MB Naples is an A+ Dealership and treats you the way you would expect to be treated while purchasing a luxury car.

The part cost more than quoted and I was only charged for the quoted price. The courtesy car was perfect.  The part took longer than expected to come from Germany but I had their car so it all worked out.  An additional part was lost during the repair and I was told it would be replaced at no charge to me.  Service with a smile!

I drive a 2009 smart, and never had a good experience in Phoenix/Scottsdale. There are only 2 complaints about this location... The lady working the front desk acts like she doesn't want to be there. Happened when I dropped the car off and when I picked it up. Felt like she had a chip on her shoulder. Past that, everything was dialed in. 

Daniel was my Service Advisor, and we connected the moment we met. We talked tech and he helped me get a complimentary loaner over the weekend. They have bottled water, a coffee maker and light snacks for you to enjoy while you wait, which is a nice touch. Now... The loaner. It was a brand new smart with less than 10k  miles on it. Picked it up on Friday. On Saturday, after going to a concert, it wouldn't start. I had to call roadside assistance and that was a process. I will save you the details, but it was not what I expected from Mercedes. When I dropped the car off, though, everyone apologized and they offered me a free detail this summer. So there's that. 

Past those minor issues, which I am sure Daniel will handle in a timely manner, everyone was nice, everyone said hello, the dealership/service center is clean. Good location, too. If you drive a Mercedes, I would highly recommend getting your car services here. Only 10k miles to go before I am back. Cheers!

Had visit one of two service visits completed. I received two "free" service visits with the purchase of our Certified Pre-Owned Benz and this was #1. Our service advisor, John Chaffo, does a remarkable job of putting his customers' needs first and being sure we get the best value for our time and money.  Service staff do a great job and we appreciate the quality of their performance.
