I had a great experience with the purchase of my car at Car Max. I responded to an Email about a specific car I was interested in. It was housed in Orlando, and within 48 hours, it was in Pompano, and that evening, it was in my garage! It was a seamless process, no hassles, minimal time spent at the dealership and everything was delivered as promised. No hard-sell for options, insurance etc,... even though I did buy the extended warranty, it was my decision, with no pressure. I will certainly contact Car Max again if I am looking for a car. In the past we have sold them cars, but this is the first time ever purchasing one from Car Max. Thank you Edison E. for your diligent and profressional service.

I bought my first non cash car in May 2016. It was a long day (morning until close) and the salesman was okay. He could've been better. As to he did not listen to my request to use up my $15k car loan. So much so, I've been thinking about joining the CarMax team b/c I feel I can offer an even better customer service experience. I'm not ecstatic about my purchase but at least I got some wheels to get to work when I originally just went in to get my car appraised. Calling for answers sucks too it's like no one Really wants to assist you.

5 stars to Jeffrey M. He was pleasant and most of all let us wander around . Answered all our questions. Great!! 5 stars to Jo in service. She was polite and honest about how l8bg it would take. Got us a loaner and away we went. 0 stars for fixing my problem. Now I have to go back to have said problem fixed. Yes it's under warranty cause I reported it before. But I had to prove it with video and pics. I was made to feel like a lair. This was all over a back up camera!! Now I have to take more time out of my day. Going to Davie hopefully I won't have this issue.

I have purchased two cars now from Roy. He is super friendly and helpful. Recently I ran into car trouble that was covered under my warranty and I have to say the customer service was amazing. Mike in the service department had no problem answering any of my questions and even updated me everyday. I highly recommend Carmax.
