Very disappointing company. My 2 stars is only regarding the great employees  that welcomed me in the store the many times I went there to help me.  I got married in August; therefore was starting from the zero my   house furniture. After several stores, me and my husband really loved a sectional and decided to buy it in July. The employee was really nice, telling me all the features about the sectional, and we bought it (not financed, full price paid at the time). When delivered, first surprise. One piece was missing the feet. I'm a really comprehensive person, and the delivery guy told me he would send a note to the company and after a call to roomstogo me and my husband were told it would arrive in 30 days. No problem at all. After 30 days, nothing, not even a call from them. We called and we were informed it was shipped. When delivered, it was a completely different feet, like those you put in the bed to get a higher height. Again, they would send me the right one. While waiting on the feet, leathers started to come out of the sectional, bothering when seating on it. We call it again, and a technician came. Even the guy told us, " the amount of leathers is really absurd". We called again, and they told us the manufacturer was in China, and they would not have a new one. At that point, I knew the feet would never arrive and I had to conclude that myself.  They told us they would give the amount we pay in store credit to get another sofa and we had one month to find a new one. After going to the store EVERY single week, we couldn't find any sofa that matches our living room or it was too expensive any other similar to the one we had. We called again, saying that and they said they could not do anything about it. After a time-consuming and stressful phone call, even a refund would give us even more headache. We had to beg for something that could remedy all this stress, poor quality product, and lack of respect to get a $100 store credit to "remedy" this. We buy a product full price, the product is poor quality, we have to spend additional money out of pocket  to fix the leather problem, the feet that never arrived.. Never buying anything from this company again, and spreading the word. If it was a quality company concerned about the customer, they would have my lifetime loyalty as well as recommendation to many other friends. But this is what you get. If you have problems, prepare for long periods of headache.

I love this place!! they have a nice selection of furniture for every style and taste. And also always have a sale. Easy purchase or financing which ever works for you. And the staff was very helpful with not to much pressure. I plan on going back for my next furniture  purchase.

I had a very positive shopping experience here! My salesperson, Brandon, led me to the EXACT items for my needs. Really perfect in looks, feel and price! It was delivered very quickly, exactly as promised, by very professional delivery men. They phoned, gave me a window of time, and showed up right in the window.  I am a completely satisfied customer!

John was helping us to find a furniture,  very bad and unprofessional sales person. My mom had many questions and he wasn't helpful at all, all he gave was very sarcastic comments and answers because we had been to other rooms to go locations and they had better deals as far as Delivery options. I don't recommend him at all. If you're going to work in sales at least I expect some kind of kindness.

If I can give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE ACCEPTANCENOW they are scamming people. They pushed upon us to to their loan program and we were specifically told that we will not be charged any interest as long as our balance of 450 was paid of within the first three months. This was in May. It is now November and we just realized that we have been still getting charged for the furniture till this date. We have paid a total of 846 dollars and are told that we have another 10 months of paying for our furniture!!??? WE GOT SCAMMED, DONT BE THE NEXT VICTIM!!!! We will be bringing this case to our attorney and will be telling my sister in law to make this aware on channel 7 news as she does work for them so everybody knows what kind of company rooms to go is. I may also add that we spoke to them on the phone and did nothing for us, so we will be seeking justice for this matter.
