I can not say enough about my experience with Car Max. Sydney and Tom were AMAZING. They both went above and beyond in order to help me get a vehicle. Plus, there was never pressure to buy buy buy like there is when one normally goes to look at cars. Fantastic communication! Super easy process! They truly went out of their way to make me comfortable, and were such a blessing.

Very positive experience.  Everything from transferring the vehicle in from out of state to the no pressure to purchase atmosphere, made for a very rewarding experience and we now have the amazing vehicle we've been looking for.  Will definitely recommend to others, and return for future purchases.

I was very happy that we were able to reserve a car that we wanted out of state and have it shipped here. The process was easy, thanks to Valerie. Great communication and very organized process. Our test drive and decision to buy the car went smoothly and without pressure. We love the car. Carmax exceeded my expectations in the buying process and ease of paperwork, save one detail: the car description said "new tires!" In fact, 3 matched and one did not... a big no-no for Subaru's and all wheel drive cars in general. Plus the tires were cheap and not equivalent in quality to what would have come on the car new. Had to immediately replace all 4 and upgrade. I would have appreciated them putting high quality tires that befit the vehicle on it, from the start. Other than that, we love the car and are very happy with the process.

Zach in the service department took really good care of us. We were having multiple problems with our brakes and concerns that were not being addressed. The third time going back he handled all issues and conducted himself so professionally even when we were upset. I recommend this place for used cars and great customer service. We had issues but they were handled with a smile and Zach did an amazing job!!

I never thought I will go to a dealership and all the work was painless and less then three hours there and came home with the car I wanted, Diana was great really understood what I wanted and what situation I was in. I've been letting people know about my visit since. But car trade in was lacking looks to me u need a spotless car to get a good trade in value that's why I couldn't give a 5⭐️
