Ben, Tom and the entire staff at Faricy Jeep was amazing. They helped me trade in my old car and buy a new Grand Cherokee in just a couple of hours. They were so helpful, kind and efficient. I'm not a big car person and dread having to deal with any car transactions - this was the best experience I could have asked for. Not impressed with the overall service. Have had issues with the service department. They have broken parts and denied doing so. I have been mislead multiple times by their staff. I was told they fixed a recall but the remedy for the recall is still not available. Took my car in to have the front struts replaced, was told my struts were replaced. Come to find out they never replaced the parts. Very disappointed.

EDIT: I wanted to edit my review to 5 stars because Faricy decided to take care of me and fix the issue. They took the car to BMW for me and took care of the repair and the process. I really appreciate that and it shows a lot for a dealership to stand behind the cars they sell. I would highly recommend them because they've shown me they really do want you to be happy with your purchase. Thanks so much Steve! I doubt anyone would be disappointed with the service offered here. Was disappointed with my purchase. I bought a 2010 BMW 535i x drive from them. About 10 miles into driving it, a light came on saying "engine malfunction, reducing power". Took it into BMW, paid the $200 to get it diagnosed and fix another minor issue, and was informed the turbo is going out. This is about a $3,000 fix, which I have to shoulder by myself. It's unfortunate because I would not have spent over 15k on a car from them, and purchased their service plan had I known this. I'm honestly hesitant to even use the service plan I purchased now because I'd rather take it to BMW since they apparently didn't notice this issue when inspecting the car before selling it. Again, it took less than 10 miles for this issue to show up. The issue keeps coming back up and eventually the turbo will fully fail, putting me 3k in the hole on this car. I don't blame the sales associate by any means, but I do wish Faricy would stand behind a car they sold me. I get used cars are sold as is, but the issue literally came up 10 miles into driving the car off the lot! It's something that should have been known prior to selling the car, because driving it a few miles should have shown the issue. I'll be going to other dealerships for my next purchase.

Scott Bowes (Sales consultant) and his manager helped me purchase my dream car. I have been without a vehicle for a couple of years and it was finally the right time to purchase one. I had looked around with no luck, until my boyfriend found exactly what I wanted at Faricy boys. We showed up the next day to test drive it and met Scott, who is very professional and polite. After the test drive and falling in love with my dream car, I found out it was a cash only deal. I didn't have the cash. I did have a loan from my bank though and they did what they could and worked with me. Thanks to them I drove away in exactly what I wanted! My experience was awesome, the customers service was awesome, The Faricy Boys are awesome. I highly recommend Scott and the rest of the Faricy Boys team. Thank you so much! I'm sorry but they are deceitful when it comes to their Financing. Instead of telling where I actually was in the application process. They kept telling me I was approved. When really I wasn't, more along the pre-approval if it fits the right car but that they didn't have the right car. I'd rather have been told all this instead of being dragged along being fed bits and pieces to keep me around for 2 weeks as they tried to force the too small shoe on the foot with a vehicle they told me would be my only option because my "approval" was based off this vehicles standards. And after two weeks of trusting them, I was out of options because I was already on a time crunch for personal reasons. I could of taken that time to find other options elsewhere. I'd like to be given the facts so I can make a decision. I feel that they stick with the stereotypical "Shady Car Dealership games." and not with Customer Service/Care. Just want to make the sale.
