Nice selection and variety unlike our local dealership. They didn't make any empty promises. We made a deal and that I am satisfied with. We nearly got all of my requests met. The staff was professional and courteous. Although I can be obnoxious the staff continued to work with me. They didn't give up so neither did I.

I may not have purchased a car here. But Eric and the staff were a big help in finding my vehicle that went missing in tow, and getting it to the correct location. Simply because of their courtesy and help I will absolutely be back in the future. Thank you Eric and the rest of the staff who helped!

I had a good experience at Colorado Springs Dodge purchasing my 2017 Ram Sport. The staff was courteous and helpful. They wanted to work with me, rather than against me. They worked to find a win-win situation, which is always the approach in my experience purchasing a car. I recommend COS Dodge to my friends and relate the fair and professional treatment I received to anyone willing to listen. I even took my daughter and son-on-law to the dealership to show them around. I love both vehicles I've purchased from COS Dodge and have had no issues with them. I will very likely go back for my next vehicle.

The service was good. Brandon and Christian were extremely helping and dedicated to finding us the right truck! I will definitely come back when shopping for my next vehicle!

After a bad experience at Perkins Dodge, where they used the incorrect oil and overfilled my new Ram truck by almost one quart, I went to CS Dodge for warranty service. The technician did a great job replacing a front axle seal, which although some owners have reported issues with replacements leaking, has held up perfectly. More importantly, when I asked to speak with the Service Manager about problems I had experienced at Perkins, I was taken to his office immediately and we discussed the issues. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the Technical Service Bulletin that had been issued on my vehicle (multiple Perkins Dodge Service Advisors were clueless). In addition, their service operation is much more efficient with regard to vehicle drop off. I gave 4 not 5 stars only because the Service Advisor was not as knowledgeable as he should be about my vehicle or service process at the dealership, nor was he well informed about what repairs had been done on my vehicle when I picked it up. Nevertheless, although he seemed somewhat disinterested, the technician clearly knew how to do the repair properly and the the Service Manager was extremely responsive. I highly recommend this dealer's service department.
